Digital Value Creation as a Survival Principle
In evolution, it is not necessarily the stronger candidate who has the advantage, but the one (or the type) who can adapt cleverly and skillfully to the changed environmental conditions. Cooperation is a remarkably successful strategy in a complex world.
If your digital adaptation process is still in its early stages, the 27k cloud is at your side as a development partner. We will work with you to design the digital strategy or digital business cases based on your established business and/or your internal processes. Digital value chains thrive on the clever combination of diverse data from a wide variety of sources and increasingly integrated services. These workflow-controlled, data-driven business models require the processing and evaluation of data volumes in the shortest possible time and offer useful options and actions for the user or customer in real time. We advise on the technology and deployment mix, on the implementation and dynamization of the corresponding company IT and offer a wide variety of cloud scenarios that enable efficient implementation of workflows and the optimal distribution of IT resources.

The Honeybee Workflow
Honey bee colonies are very effective at storing pollen and producing honey. The colony performs at its best through division of labor and specialization. Starting with the normal workers, through the nurses, and finally the queen, who is unique in her colony. With her pheromones and inherited genes, she gives the colony its own unmistakable character. After wintering, the colony must grow, the foragers do not stay in the hive for long, they fly out to collect nectar and pollen.
Honey bees harvest flowers continuously – this means that they only concentrate on one type of plant during their foraging flight. The honey bees‘ collection is coordinated extremely efficiently. Scout bees fly out to scout out new sources of nectar and mark the way. As soon as a scout bee has found a productive source of nectar, it communicates the feeding location to its colleagues by „dancing“ in the hive. Other honey bees learn about the productivity, distance, scent and direction.

In early summer, an effective honey bee colony grows very quickly to around 50,000 bees. Around half fly out as foragers and then return home to the hive with pollen and nectar. In one day, 25,000 foragers are out and about at the same time. If a forager flies out ten times a day, she visits around 100 different flowers on each flight. So a single bee pollinates around 1,000 flowers every day! As a flower pollinator, the honey bee has a very special significance for humans among the various bees.
